One of my favorite parts about Pine View was the abundance of trees right outside the front office and student union. I have many memories of people trying to climb the trees and getting reprimanded for it, and I remember how we used to call the birds “snipers” because of the times that people had been pooped on by the birds in the branches above. Since then, the quad has been remodeled into a piece of art, but I will always remember those trees.
